How to Request Services:
Isle Interpret (ISLE) recommends that requests be submitted as far in advance as possible with a minimum notice of three (3) business days.

Billing and Payment
Services are billed according to the scheduled start and end time of the requests.

- If the interpreter/captioner/notetakers is requested to start early, charges begin from that time
- Services provided beyond the scheduled end time will be the responsibility of the requesting agency
- If a job ends earlier than the scheduled time, the requesting agency will be billed until the scheduled end time

Cancellation/No-Show Policy
To ensure timely receipt of cancellation requests, cancellations should be submitted through one of the following methods:

- Send a message from within your ISLE eRSP Scheduling Account to the recipient “Scheduling Staff”
- Same-day cancellations must be reported by calling 855-475-3874
- For cancellations with insufficient notice and consumer no-shows, the full charge will be assessed.
Neighbor Island Travel
Compensation for neighbor island assignments begins one hour prior to the scheduled departure time and ends at the scheduled arrival time for the return flight.

- Airfare will be provided by the requesting agency
- Ground transportation charges, accommodations, parking fees, and roundtrip mileage based on the current federal rate will be the responsibility of the requesting agency
Double-booking
If a requesting agency schedules interpreters/captioners/notetakers on their own or through a different agency and does not cancel the request submitted to ISLE, the requesting agency will be responsible to pay the interpreter/captioner/notetaker scheduled by ISLE.

Independent Contractors
Interpreters/captioners/notetakers referred by ISLE are independent contractors and shall not be treated as employees.
